My story

My 27 year Physical Therapy practice has focused on spinal function, post surgical joint range of motion and muscle strengthening.  My life’s work has been to help the older population to return to optimal function, improving postural muscle strength, restoring natural gait, respiratory as well as neurological function. Go Zen Yourself Yoga combines safe and restorative Yoga techniques with my knowledge of Physical Therapy to help the “less abled” and those who simply want to start at the beginning to improve their well-being.
